KOTA KINABALU: AuMAS Resources Berhad, formerly known as Bahvest Resources Berhad, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wullersdorf Resources Sdn Bhd (WRSB), has received a renewed Operational Mining Scheme (OMS) licence from the Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia (JMG), Sabah.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the renewal allows WRSB, the operator of the Bukit Mantri gold mine, to continue its operations in compliance with national mining regulations.

“The Board of Directors of AuMAS Resources Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, WRSB has received the renewal of its OMS licence from the JMG, the national regulatory authority for mining,” it said.
